Processing time: typically takes 2-4 weeks, however, due to the current high demand, most orders are completed in 8-12 weeks. Returns
Once a product has been downloaded by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under The Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds must be requested prior to receiving any digital work.
