Long turnaround time + no vector

Delivery took 9 weeks from the time I placed the order, which felt quite slow, especially since there was no visibility into the progress of the order.

Although it wasn't mentioned in the product description, I somehow expected the "Transparent Signature file for digital designs" to include a vector version of the signature. However, the PDF contained only raster images, which wereless useful for my needs. Perhaps the product description could include a link to an example stencil and tutorial folder to help avoid misunderstandings like this?

If I were to order again, I would likely just purchase the signature (which I was very happy with) and skip this package.
